Our story
Drunken Monkey Cantina was born from a simple conviction: that a great drink doesn't need noise, pretense, or a long wait. Nestled within Casa Agua Quieta in Sacramento, we've built a space where the focus is entirely on the craft — and on you.
By day, our barista team draws attention to the ritual of coffee — single-origin pour-overs, house-made syrups, and pastries from local bakers. By night, the same space transforms into a cocktail lounge where seasonal menus and rare spirits take center stage.
